Ms. Bregman explained that she chose to focus her analysis on the potential future redevelopment of Bradford Street for the creation of a walkable community.

· The potential and rationale for redeveloping Bradford Street to create a walkable community;
· An illustration indicating the existing and proposed options for Bradford Street;
