TMP-32854 2  Open Delegations OPEN DELEGATION REQUEST FROM ISABEL BERCASIO REGARDING SECTION 27 DEVELOPMENT CHARGES FOR 80 BIG BAY POINT ROAD. Isabel Bercasio of Rinomata Group provided an open delegation regarding 80 Big Bay Point Road. Ms. Bercasio asked that the committee defer the development charges until the building has occupants.
