S. Murdoch, owner of the heritage designated property at 47 Rodney Street reviewed her application dated October 23, 2015 requesting Council’s permission to demolish, alter and reconstruct the shed that abuts the north end of her 1849 home and the south end of the 1915 barn. Ms. Murdoch explained that the shed is collapsing and the concrete foundation is cracking. She advised that the structural damage of the shed would not meet Ontario Building Code standards. Ms. Murdoch noted that a new shed would be replaced with a similar structure in order to preserve the historic integrity of her property. Ms. Murdoch requested Council’s consent to remove, replace and alter the shed that abuts the north end of her residence at 47 Rodney Street.
