TMP-32924 2  Discussion ItemKEMPENFEST 2024 UPDATE Kate Ellis, Manager of Recreation and Culture Services, provided an update regarding Kempenfest 2024. Ms. Ellis advised that the event was successful and had a larger crowd then last year. Georgian College assisted the City with analyzing the overall data surveyed from the event. She advised that the City is also issuing an invitational RFP for an independent consultant to complete an analysis of Kempenfest as an event and report back on opportunities to address the potential for event changes including funding options.   Action details Not available
TMP-32926 2  Discussion ItemPERFORMANCE ART CENTRE (PAC) UPDATE Kate Ellis, Manager of Recreation and Culture provided an update regarding the Performance Art Centre. There is public consultation September 24, from 4 to 8pm related to the recommendations in the recent report completed by Marshall Green. TMP-32929 2  Staff MemoSEEDS TO SOW EXHIBITION Carol-Ann Ryan provided an update on the Seeds to Sow Exhibition including which is running from September 27 to November 8, 2024. Ms. Ryan said there is a public opening on September 28 at the Sandbox Centre and all are welcome to attend. There are six sites in total being installed along the waterfront and downtown.
