Title: UPDATES FROM THE COMMITTEE a) HISTORIC ART ON UTILITY BOX WRAPS C. Froese provided an update regarding Historic Art on Utility Box Wraps. He commented that he is waiting on a response regarding costs associated with historic art on utility boxes and will report back at a future meeting. Councillor, J. Harris suggested presenting the idea of historic art wraps on utility boxes to members of Council who may have an interest in having one located in each of their respective wards that could deter vandalism, graffiti and would promote the history of Barrie. b) PLANTING TREES IN HERITAGE PARK C. C. Froese provided an update regarding Historic Art on Utility Box Wraps. He commented that he is waiting on a response regarding costs associated with historic art on utility boxes and will report back at a future meeting.

c) PUBLIC ART ALLANDALE GO STATION AND TRANSIT HUB

Councillor, J. Harris acknowledged T. Wierzba, Planner for his work with Public Art Allandale GO Station and Transit Hub project. He advised that Mr. Wierzba will now be taking the lead on the public art project.

T. Wierzba, Planner provided an update regarding the Public Art for the Allandale GO Station and Transit Hub. He explained that there is some background research that needs to be completed related to the art project and that he is waiting on adoption of the public art policy by Council before proceeding.

d) CORRESPONDENCE BARRIE AND DISTRICT ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (BDAR) REGARDING HISTORIC HOMES
