EXTENSION OF PATIO HOURS

That notwithstanding Business Licensing By-law 2006-266 as amended, and the Patios Everywhere Program, the hours that a person can enter or re-enter an outdoor area be extended from 10:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and the time that a person be permitted to remain in the outdoor area be extended from 11:15 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. until indoor dining is permitted under the COVID-19 Reopening Framework.

That the Direct Motion concerning the Extension of Patio Hours, be amended as follows:
a) To change the hours that a person can enter/re-enter from 10:30 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.;
b) To change the hours that a person be permitted to remain in the outdoor area from 12:15 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.; and
c) To add the following to the end of the paragraph:
"with all other regulations continuing to apply with the operation of the patio".
