Title: COMMENTS FROM OUTGOING STUDENT MAYORS Emma Ryder of Trillium Woods Elementary School thanked Mayor Lehman and the members of Council for a great opportunity. Emma commented that she was not sure what to expect during her time as Student Mayor, but learned to appreciate what happens at City Hall, including the budget process as the budget meets the needs of the City and it was not an easy decision for Council to make. Emma noted that she was interested in the proposed rezoning and building project on Essa Road, as she lives in the area. In closing, Emma stated that she enjoyed her time as Student Mayor. Norma Ali-Ahmad of Ardagh Bluffs Public School thanked Mayor Lehman and the members of Council for the unique opportunity to be Student Mayor. She commented that she enjoyed the first-hand experience of local government and that all citizen comments are given the utmost consideration.
