The recommendations address the following topics: ? Adequate interior garage space for vehicle parking; ? Residential parking restrictions in new subdivisions; ? Update the Community Information Map for new subdivisions - parking restrictions; ? Advise prospective homebuyers of on-street parking restrictions; ? Early parking enforcement at occupancy, prior to subdivision assumption; ? Overnight parking restrictions on municipal streets City-wide; and ? Permit parking system for overnight parking restrictions on municipal streets. The Committee deferred the draft recommendations to the next meeting to allow for further discussion and finalization.
