Prowse That motion 16-G-082 of Section "C" of the General Committee Report dated April 18, 2016 concerning the Sam Cancilla Park Gazebo Rehabilitation be amended, as follows: a) By deleting the words related to "Option #3" and replacing it with the words related to "Option #2". b) By adding paragraph 2 as follows: "2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement with the Kiwanis Club of Barrie for the $25,000 funding contribution associated with the restoration of the gazebo at Sam Cancilla Park, in a form satisfactory to the General Manager of Infrastructure and Growth Management, Director of Legal Services and Director of Finance/Treasurer." CARRIED Upon the question of the original motion, moved by Councillor, S. Morales and seconded by Councillor, M. Prowse, the motion was CARRIED AS AMENDED by AMENDMENT #1.

That motion 16-G-082 of Section “C” of the General Committee Report dated April 18, 2016 concerning the Sam Cancilla Park Gazebo Rehabilitation be amended, as follows:

 

a)                     By deleting the words related to “Option #3” and replacing it with the words related to “Option #2”.

 

b)                     By adding paragraph 2 as follows:

 

“2.                     That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement with the Kiwanis Club of Barrie for the $25,000 funding contribution associated with the restoration of the gazebo at Sam Cancilla Park, in a form satisfactory to the General Manager of Infrastructure and Growth Management, Director of Legal Services and Director of Finance/Treasurer.”
