LICENSING FRAMEWORK FOR ADDITIONAL RESIDENTIAL UNITS (ARU)
That staff in the Development Services Department investigate how other municipalities have developed licensing framework and by-laws relating to Additional Residential Units (ARU) and report back to the Town and Gown Committee.
A vote was taken on the above motion and was LOST. The Committee provided no further direction with respect to the matter of Licensing Framework for Additional Residential Units (ARU).
