The Downtown Barrie Tour theme would be Victorian rogues and scoundrels tour. The Committee discussed potential dates and agreed to reschedule the end of September to coincide with Barrie Culture Days. The Committee agreed that the Town Crier's fee of up to $200 would be paid from the Heritage Barrie Committee account.
