That Section "E" of the General Committee Report dated November 27, 2017, now circulated, be adopted.

That motion 17-G-303 of Section E of the General Committee Meeting of November 27, 2017 concerning Applications for Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision - 1862145 Ontario Inc. - Teck Road and Ardagh Road (Ward 6), be amended by
Deleting the following:
2 a) Minimum rear yard setback of 6m, whereas the By-law requires 7m;
and Adding the following:
2 a) Minimum lot area 260m2 along the south side of Teck Road only, whereas the By-law requires 335m2; and
That pursuant to Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further public notification is required prior to the passing of this By-law
CARRIED
Upon the question of the original motion, moved by Councillor, S. Morales and seconded by Councillor, M. McCann, the motion was CARRIED as amended by AMENDMENT #1.
