1. That By-law 80-138, Schedule “W”, “No Standing in Specified Places Where Signs on Display at Stated Times” be amended by deleting the following:
“Emms Drive West side from From 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.,
Mapleton Avenue except Saturdays, Sundays
to a point and Statutory Holidays.”

2. That By-law 80-138, Schedule “B”, “No Parking in Specific Places Where Signs on Display at the Stated Times” be amended by adding the following:
“Emms Drive From a point West side 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
90 metres north Monday to Friday
of Mapleton excluding Saturdays,
Avenue to a Sundays and
Point 280 metres Statutory Holidays
south thereof September 1st
to July 1st.”
3. That By-law 80-138, Schedule “D”, “Stopping Prohibited” be amended by deleting the following:
“Emms Drive From Mapleton East side 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Avenue to a excluding Saturdays,
point 90 metres Sundays and
thereof Statutory
Holidays.”
“Emms Drive From Mapleton East side 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Avenue to a excluding Saturdays,
point 190 metres Sundays and
thereof Statutory
Holidays”
And add the following:
“Emms Drive From a point 90 East side 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
metres north of Monday to Friday
Mapleton Avenue excluding Saturdays,
to a point 280 Sundays and
metres south Statutory
Thereof Holidays

to July 1st
