Title: RECREATION PROGRAM AND FACILITIES SERVICE REVIEW - PROGRESS UPDATE Rob Emerson, Manager, Business Services - Recreation, Facilities and Transit provided a presentation regarding the Recreation Program and Facilities Service Review: Progress Update. Rob Emerson, Manager, Business Services - Recreation, Facilities and Transit provided a presentation regarding the Recreation Program and Facilities Service Review:  Progress Update.  He explained the goals associated with the Recreation Program and Facilities Service Review related to cost recovery and utilization.  Mr. Emerson highlighted that the service review activities are intended to change one or more of the following factors:

Mr. Emerson concluded by noting that a report to General Committee regarding the Recreation Program and Facilities Service review is anticipated for June, 2013, highlighting the anticipated matters that will be addressed in the report.
 
The Committee asked several questions related to the information provided and received responses from City staff.
