Ms. Terry noted that the Request for Proposal (RFP) has been finalized and sent out to consultants and interested parties with a deadline of December 14, 2015. The Committee discussed selecting an additional Committee member to assist in the RFP process to obtain a consultant. Ross Cotton and Lucia Ricard will represent the Committee and assist with the RFP process.
