Title: AGE-FRIENDLY COMMUNITY PLANNING PROJECT UPDATE C. Dillon, Accessibility Co-ordinator provided an update regarding the Age-Friendly Community Planning Project. Ms. Dillon noted that the deadline for submissions of the survey has been extended to the end of May, 2016. She noted that the survey is available on the City of Barrie Website or a hardcopy can be obtained at the 55+ Centres (Allandale Recreation Centre and Parkview Community Centre) and both of the Public Libraries. Ms. Dillon commented that they survey has been advertised on the City Barrie Website, radio stations, Twitter and Facebook. Ms. Dillon advised that the Consultants have attended focus groups at organizations throughout the City. She noted that participation in the focus groups has been good and effective information has been gathered.
