COMMENTS BY OUTGOING STUDENT MAYOR
Jackson Ain of Kempenfelt Bay School commented that he was extremely fortunate to be selected as Student Mayor by the students at Kempenfelt Bay School. He discussed that until his term as Student Mayor, he was unaware of the time and effort that it takes City Council to make Barrie such a great City. Jackson noted that he underestimated the complexity of discussions and the different concerns of the residents. In closing, Jackson thanked the Mayor and members of Council for their hard work and the opportunity to be Student Mayor.
