Ms. Brislin noted that the Heritage Designation Report included the interior attributes of this residential property. K. Brislin introduced Cameron Sellers who was representing the applicant. Mr. Sellers reviewed the Heritage Designation process utilized for 142 Collingwood Street. He noted that the process included meetings with the City's Committee of Adjustment and a public open house. The Committee members asked Mr. Sellers a number of questions related to the information provided and received responses.
