Title: BOROUGH OF HARROGATE, NORTH YORKSHIRE UNITED KINGDOM UPDATE B. Sergeant provided an update regarding the Borough of Harrogate, North Yorkshire United Kingdom. He commented that an official delegation of five delegates will be visiting the City of Barrie from June 30th, 2015 to July 7th, 2015. Mr. Sergeant commented that an itinerary has been drafted and that preparations for their visit are on-going. B. Sergeant explained that the dates for the visit of Jennifer Rushton who is a direct descendent of Sir Robert Barrie and Neil Rushton have been changed to June 29th to July 7th, 2015. J.M. Pigeon and B. Sergeant commented that they met with Mayor Lehman and discussed the idea of having a portrait commissioned of Sir Robert Barrie and his ship, the HMS Dragon. Mr. Pigeon noted that he has researched and located an artist interested in doing the portrait.
