That motion 15-G-065 of Section "D" of the General Committee Report dated March 23, 2015 concerning Permitted Uses within Industrial Section (7.0) of the City's Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2009-141 be amended by adding the following paragraph:
"9: That staff in the Legal Services, Building and By-law Services and Planning Departments investigate and report back to General Committee on the feasibility of establishing similar municipal licensing requirements as the City of Mississauga with respect to Building and Fire Code inspections as well as requirements for a criminal records check for operators and employees of a facility."

That motion 15-G-065 of Section "D" of the General Committee Report dated March 23, 2015 concerning Permitted Uses within Industrial Section (7.0) of the City's Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2009-141 be amended by adding the following to paragraph 2 a)
"Building Supply Centre with accessory retail not exceeding 50% of the gross floor area to a maximum of 300m2."
