Title: PARTICIPATION IN THE 2026 COMMUNITIES IN BLOOM PROGRAM Councillor, AM. Kungl advised that the theme of the 2026 Communities in Bloom Program will be "Therapeutic Gardening". The Committee discussed planning for the 2026 program, judges visit, and potential ideas to showcase the community in next year's program including getting feedback from City departments and Advisory Committees.
