That a temporary exemption be granted to Pattison Outdoor from Sign By-law 2018-029 section 12.1.4.1.1 for a period not to exceed five (5) years for the placement of a poster panel sign with a single digital display board with a minimum setback of 4.0 metres from the City property line at the property municipally known as 833 Yonge St, with all other provisions of the Sign By-law being adhered to; and 2. That Enforcement Services staff review with Pattison Outdoor the possible continuation prior to the expiry of the five (5) year exemption and report back to General Committee if required.
