That notwithstanding the provisions within the Procurement By-law 2019-015, staff in the Parks Planning Branch explore a partnership with Art and Water Group and report back to General Committee to discuss a draft agreement to locate the Art and Water boat, programming  and operations in the City of Barrie Transient Marina, specifically at the site of former tour boat berth, including requirements from both parties, the term of the lease and any associated fees and costs.</description><pubDate>Thu, 02 Nov 2023 15:44:31 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
