· Meeting Procedures;
· Chair, Committee and Staff Responsibilities;

· Reporting Structure for the Communities in Bloom Committee;
· Terms of Reference for the Communities in Bloom Committee;
· A sample Communities in Bloom Committee Report; and
· Understanding Accessible Customer Service.
