Cooper, Health and Safety Advisor advised that based on current legislation, there is no requirement or ability to mandate the information be included for Health and Safety purposes. The Committee determined that there should be further discussion with the Purchasing Department and possibly the Environmental Services Department to determine whether it would be possible for the City to require these sections be completed.
