Burstyn, Chair commented that the environmental educational videos can be used to engage the community, educate the residents and to highlight the City’s environmental initiatives. TMP-22343 2  Presentation - AC/RCPOSSIBILITY OF A REQUIREMENT FOR A DEPOSIT ON PLASTIC BOTTLES P. Burstyn, Chair discussed his concerns associated with plastic bottle pollution. Mr. Burstyn suggested that by placing a deposit on plastic bottles this could potentially result in the reduction of litter found on our lands and bodies of water.
