TMP-23025 1  Presentation - AC/RCYOUTH AMBASSADORS UPDATE The Committee met and discussed the status of the Youth Ambassadors visits as follows: Zweibrücken, Germany J. Babcock provided an update regarding the Global Perspectives Program. Mr. Babcock commented that the youth delegation from the City of Barrie who traveled to Zweibrücken, Germany in May/June, 2018 had a great visit. Mr Babcock advised that a youth delegation from Zweibrucken, Germany arrived in the City of Barrie on September 13, 2018 until October 10, 2018. Mr. Babcock invited the Committee to attend the Goodbye Party at Innisdale Secondary School for the German delegation on October 9, 2018 at 6:00pm. The Committee approved the expenditures of funds from the International Relations Committee account 01-06-0935-0000-3095 for an amount not to exceed $3800.00 for the Transportation and Goodbye party costs associated with hosting the youth delegation visiting from Zweibrücken, Germany from September 13, 2018 to October 10, 2018.
