Ms. Baldwin provided an overview of Redwood Park Communities Inc. and their involvement with affordable housing projects in Barrie such as the Barrs Motel Project entitled “Lucy’s Place Project”, United House and the proposed twelve unit apartment project on Lillian Crescent. Ms. Baldwin advised that she did not realize development charge fees would apply to this property as the building was only to add three new subsidized one bedroom apartments.
