Councillor, K. Aylwin provided an update in response to motion 19-G-248 concerning authorization to enter into an agreement to construct a fence on City owned property along McDonald Street frontage at 88 Mulcaster Street.
Councillor K. Aylwin advised that the David Busby Centre, Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and neighbours of 88 Mulcaster Street have met and agreed that a fence along McDonald Street might not necessarily be the best solution for this location and that an outdoor amenity space will be constructed for the patrons of the David Busby Centre. Councillor Aylwin commented that the David Busby Centre, Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and neighbours of 88 Mulcaster Street will continue to meet on a regular basis. | Received | |
