Mr. Wierzba advised that the property owners of 72 High Street have inquired about applying for a building permit to replace the second storey railing and painting the outside of their home. Mr. Wierzba advised that because the property has been designated as a heritage property that he was looking for the Committee's input concerning the proposed upgrades to this property. The Committee discussed and provided their feedback to Mr. Wierzba.
