Title: PRESENTATION REGARDING VULNERABLE PERSONS REGISTRY Constable J. Reynolds from the Operational Support Division - Crime Prevention Unit of the Barrie Police Service provided a verbal presentation regarding the Vulnerable Person Registry (VPR) established in 2014 to serve residents in the City of Barrie. Constable Reynolds explained that a vulnerable person is defined as a person who may pose a danger to him/herself due to a medical, mental health or physical condition. Constable J.
