Title: PRESENTATION TO THE WINNER OF THE 2019 MAYOR'S CHRISTMAS CARD CONTEST Mayor Lehman called upon Will Dunn of WD Photography to approach the podium as the Winner of the 2019 Mayor's Christmas Card contest for his submission entitled "Snowballs and Twinkling Lights". He noted that the photograph depicts an early December view of Downtown Barrie and Heritage Park. Mayor Lehman presented Mr. Dunn with a cheque and a framed picture of his photograph. He advised that the photograph will be displayed in the City Hall and thanked Mr. Dunn for sharing his talent.
