Dr. Rebecca Van Iersel and Dr. Lisa Simon with the Simcoe Muskoka Health Unit provided a presentation concerning the Simcoe Muskoka Opioid Strategy.  Dr. Van Iersel and Dr. Simon discussed slides concerning the following topics:

 

                     The background on the Opioid Strategy;

                     The results of the Simcoe Muskoka Opioid Strategy Lived Experience Survey;

Members of Council asked several questions of the representatives of the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit and City staff and received responses.
