Title: COMMUNITY CONSULTATION PROCESS The Committee reviewed a list of survey questions developed to be used as part of the Community Safety Well-Being Plan consultation process and provided input to Ms. McAlpine. R. Lay, Community Engagement Advisor suggested keeping the survey questions simple and build upon the information received. Mr. Lay suggested that the community be provided with both in person and online opportunities to provide input. Ms. McAlpine noted that she anticipates that Community Safety Well-Being survey will commence in September, 2019. D. McAlpine, General Manager of Community and Corporate Services discussed the various methods and opportunities for community consultation process. The Committee provided suggestions regarding community consultation such as engaging with students at Georgian College and youth from local high schools.
