That motion18-G-229 of Section “E” the General Committee Report dated December 10, 2018, be amended as follows:
To defer paragraph 3 to the General Committee Meeting of February 4, 2019 for consideration
a) __________ to represent a local health integration network for a geographic area in which the municipality is located, as determined under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, or
__________ an entity that provides services to improve the physical or mental health of individuals in the community or communities;
b) __________ to represent an entity that provides educational services in the municipality;
c) __________ to represent an entity that provides community or social services in the municipality;
d) __________ to represent an entity that provides community or social services to children or youth in the municipality;
e) __________ to represent an entity that provides custodial services to children or youth in the municipality;

That motion 18-G-229 of Section “E” of the General Committee Report dated December 10, 2018 concerning the Structure of Committees of Council and Procedural By-law Updates be amended in paragraph 4 by adding the words “semi-annually or annually” after the word “quarterly” and the words “as applicable” after the word “appointed”.
