Mayor Lehman advised that his office received numerous submissions and that Ms. Dion's mixed media painting depicting an older home on Dunlop Street decorated for the Christmas Season clearly stood out. Mayor Lehman advised that the painting will be displayed in City Hall and thanked Ms. Dion for sharing her talent.
