Reeve, Senior Infrastructure Program Coordinator of the Planning and Asset Management Branch in the Engineering Department provided a presentation regarding the Transportation Master Plan (TMP) Update and the Outdoor Recreation Facility Study (ORFS). Mr. Reeve noted that both of these studies assist City staff to deal with development applications, provide guidance to develop future capital plans and provide input into the development charges background study.
