T. Reeve, Senior Infrastructure Program Coordinator of the Planning and Asset Management Branch in the Engineering Department provided a presentation regarding the Transportation Master Plan (TMP) Update and the Outdoor Recreation Facility Study (ORFS).  Mr. Reeve noted that both of these studies assist City staff to deal with development applications, provide guidance to develop future capital plans and provide input into the development charges background study.

Mr. Reeve discussed slides concerning the following topics:

Transportation Master Plan Update

·	An overview of the TMP which outlines the transportation infrastructure required to service growth in the City of Barrie to 2041;
·	The TMP looks at transportation improvements including:  roads, transit, active transportation and rail crossings;
