T. Wierzba, Planner indicated that he was advised by the City’s Engineering Department that the cobblestone-like bricks at the crosswalk located at Mulcaster and Collier Streets will be replaced with new stamped concrete.  Mr. Wierzba explained that the present cobblestone-like bricks at this location are approximately 20 years old.
