Shipley That motion 19-G-016 of Section “B” of the General Committee Report dated January 21, 2019 concerning the 2019 Business Plan be amended by delete paragraph 3 and replacing it with the following words: That the request from the Barrie Public Library Board regarding the establishment of a Library Ramp-Up Reserve in the amount of $150,000 be denied and that the net tax levy be decreased by $150,000.
