Barry Thompson, Manager of Energy Management and Adam McMullin, Energy Officer provided a presentation concerning the Energy Management Program successes and future service delivery opportunities.

Mr. Thompson and Mr. McMullin discussed slides concerning the following topics:

·	A chart illustrating the impacts of actual costs, projected costs and cost avoidance between 2015 to 2018;
·	A graph illustrating the energy management impacts of projected utility expenses and actual cost between 2014 to 2018;
·	The impacts associated with cost avoidance, energy savings, incentives and greenhouse gas (GHG) reductions between 2014 - 2016;
·	The savings and incentives associated with the integration of LED street lights per year;
·	A graph illustrating the savings and incentives associated with the installation of the water variable frequency drives on motors by kilowatt hour (kWh) per year;
