That pursuant to the Municipal Emergency Act, 2020, Procedural By-law 2019-100, be amended to provide that members of Council or local board can participate electronically and count towards quorum at any Council or Committee Meeting open or closed to the public during any period where an emergency has been declared to exist all or in part of the municipality under Section 4 or 7.0.1 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act.</description><pubDate>Wed, 22 Feb 2023 19:47:44 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
